OVEN F457MODVTX
This 60x45cm combi steam oven from the Modern Series has 7 functions and a 31-litre stainless steel cavity.
The Steam Assist function offers the possibility of combining traditional functions with three different steam intensities: low, medium and high. The Total Steam function uses pure steam for healthy and fast cooking.
The oven can be controlled via the intuitive TFT display , while the door features a cushioned opening system and a practical handle with a black glass finish. The water tank is removable for quick and easy refilling.
Available in Stainless Steel, Carbon, Zinc and Copper.

Cooking with pure steam
Steaming vegetables allows you to preserve the nutrients that are most sensitive to high temperatures such as folic acid, ascorbic acid, chlorophyll and vitamins C, B, E and K.
Using steam to cook fish guarantees excellent results in terms of taste and consistency. Unlike other cooking methods, steaming allows for retaining greater quantities of Iron, Calcium, Zinc, and proteins. In addition, it preserves Omega 3 fatty acids which play an important role in the growth of children.
Steam does not compromise the molecular structure of the raw materials, leaving their colour, taste and consistency unchanged .
Steam maintains the moisture level in foods and enhances their flavor without the need to add fatty condiments, such as oil or butter.

Steam Assist Function
Baking has never been so easy and tasty. Discover more intense flavors and get the perfect consistency in every cooking: fish, roast meat and focaccia will be crispy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside.
The Bertazzoni Steam Assist function allows you to combine traditional cooking functions with steam injections at three intensity levels: minimum, medium and maximum.

This Bertazzoni combi-steam oven offers all the functions of a traditional oven, such as convection cooking and grilling, but also the functions of steam cooking, which is fast, healthy and able to preserve flavours and vitamins. The combination of steam and hot air produces excellent results, both for non-convection cooking and roasting. The removable water tank makes refilling easy.
