The fastest and most convenient way to ensure tightness and tensile strength of cables in junction and installation boxes is by using OBO’s V-TEC VM cable glands. With the integrated sealing lip and special lamella construction, an IP68 protection rating is achieved. The tensile strength and tightness have been tested according to DIN EN 62444.
The thread can be either metric or PG – universally applicable. Once installed, the installation is permanent: optimally selected threads with the correct pitch ensure lasting vibration resistance.
